As the parent listening to the youth recite the core verse, here's what to look out for.

If needed, give hints by focusing the youth on the main point of the verse. Remember, what is the author trying to communicate?

Parents/Guardians, before signing off the section, ask these questions:
“Do you understand the passage?”
“How does this passage make a difference in the way you live?”

As the parent discipling your youth, bless them by bringing them before our Heavenly Father. The youth has done a lot of work! Let them know how appreciated they are. Encourage them in their hard effort.
